
To help us maintain the essential services our members need from us, we are temporarily changing our opening hours. And, for the time being, we have taken the difficult decision not to open our branches or call centres on weekends.
This is so that we can focus our resources on providing our crucial weekday services in a safe and reliable way.
Our call centres for lost or stolen cards, and for fraud or other enquiries about the security of your account(s), will of course remain open 24/7.
From Saturday 4th April, our new opening hours will be:
Branches: Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm
Call centres: Monday to Friday, 8am* – 5pm
